More Than Fruit. More Than Friends. Long before they appeared on a packet, Molly Mango and Pete Pineapple were simply two friends who shared a dream. They lived in a colourful orchard where every fruit believed their job was to taste delicious, but Molly and Pete thought there had to be something more.
One day, while exploring beyond the orchard gates, they discovered something that changed them forever. They met children who were trying to learn, play and grow without enough healthy food in their lunchboxes. They discovered:
Some children arrived at school hungry. Some struggled to concentrate. Some simply missed out.
Molly and Pete couldn’t understand why. ‘Every child deserves the fuel to learn, dream and thrive,’ said Molly. ‘And every snack should domore than fill a tummy,’ replied Pete.
So together they set out on a mission. A mission to create tasty fruit snacks that children would love and parents could trust, but they didn’t stop there. Today, Molly Mango and Pete Pineapple travel far and wide, sharing their delicious fruit adventures while helping children access food, education and support programs through the work Snack Hero invests back into communities.
They believe that heroes don’t need capes. Sometimes heroes carry lunchboxes. Sometimes they share.
Sometimes they help and sometimes they’re a mango and a pineapple determined to make the world a little sweeter.
